Responsabilities
- Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and research under the guidance of senior analysts
- Analysing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions and requirements.
- Assisting in the documentation of business processes, system functionalities, and requirements in a clear and organized manner. This may involve creating diagrams, flowcharts, and written documentation.
- Assisting in facilitating communication between different stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and development teams, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on requirements.
- Assisting in designing solutions that meet business needs and requirements, collaborating with senior analysts and other team members.
- Supporting the testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they align with requirements and meet quality standards.
- Conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay updated and contribute to the improvement of business analysis processes.
- Assisting in coordinating and organizing project-related activities, including meetings, documentation reviews, and progress tracking.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor in Communication and Digital Marketing or similar
- A minimum of experience in the same role
- Hands-on experience in the agile environment
- High level communication skills
- Problem-solving and IT attitude
- Italian and English: Fluent; other languages are a plus
- Preferably experience in content management, Jira, propensity for project management
